These terms govern the use of thanosqr logistics infrastructure services, including warehousing documentation systems, inventory track-and-trace architecture, and compliance with Transport Canada cargo safety standards. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
thanosqr provides technical B2B operational services for warehousing documentation, inventory track-and-trace architecture, and compliance with Transport Canada cargo safety standards. All documentation generated through the platform must adhere to the Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations and the Canada Transportation Act. Users are responsible for ensuring that their cargo data, including RFID tag sequences, barcode cross-validation logs, and chain-of-custody records, are accurate and complete before submission.
Users must maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the track-and-trace system. This includes event-sourced logs for cargo movements, custody transfers, and environmental sensor readings. Any discrepancy flagged by the automated reconciliation protocol must be resolved within 48 hours. Failure to do so may result in suspension of access to real-time querying features for compliance audits.
thanosqr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its warehousing documentation or track-and-trace systems, including but not limited to data loss, regulatory fines, or cargo safety incidents. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the claim. Users are advised to maintain their own insurance for high-value cargo segregation and hazardous material handling.
The platform is designed to support compliance with Transport Canada's TDG regulations and CTA requirements. However, users retain full responsibility for ensuring that their operations meet all applicable federal and provincial standards, including segregation rules for incompatible classes, placarding standards, emergency response information placement, and documentation retention policies. thanosqr provides audit procedures and checklists as reference tools, not as guarantees of regulatory compliance.
thanosqr reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if a user violates these terms, including but not limited to submitting falsified inventory data, tampering with event-sourced logs, or failing to comply with Transport Canada cargo safety standards. Users will be notified in writing within 14 days of any suspension or termination. Upon termination, all data will be retained for 90 days to allow for retrieval before permanent deletion.
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in operational procedures, regulatory requirements, or platform capabilities. Users will be notified via email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
